Halloween Scavenger Hunt by A World of Words

Guys
Participating in my very first BLOG HOP!
YEY!
What other way to get started than with HALLOWEEN, though we don't celebrate it here in my country I'm fan of all spooky/suspense/and even gore related either book/movie/stories...you know the long list.
So, as this is my first BEAR WITH ME.
Let's just get on with it.
Who doesn't like books here? okay...then...
Who doesn't like FREE BOOKS?
Better?
First of all READ this;

Starts Monday, October 17 and ENDS Monday, October 24.

Some other blogs are participating in this. So be sure to stop by each of the blogs because the'll be given a puzzle piece of the cover that that starts with letters in the word in HALLOWEEN.
My stop is-you guessed it- the letter E therefore, tittle of either book series or book-cover-puzzle I'm showing you starts with the letter E.
Each blog will have a hint to help you narrow down your choices of the books you're possibly thinking of that fits with that letter.

You MUST save that puzzle piece to your laptop or computer or wherever because you'll need those pieces to email to Elena along with your answer, so She can see that you want those extra entries for doing the hunt! At the end of the blog post, there will be a link to the next blog and so forth. The blogs will be in order, so you don't have to hunt around.

Each right answer that you figure out, you will get one extra entry. If you get one of them wrong, then you still have 8 other answers to get right! You will get a free extra entry, so that makes a total of 10 extra entries for doing the hunt!

Along with doing the hunt, you have to fill out the form embedded in Ella's original post !

WITH THAT SAID, HERE IS THE PUZZLE AND THE HINT ON MY STOP!

REMEMBER! Either the book or the series start with the letter E

See? It isn't THAT hard right?
And the hint-->  A magical Theatre, A girl who lives there with the only family she has... annoying, tiny fairies, a pirate, an air spirit and other actors whose plays were written.

YEY easy peasy right? ~c'mon you know you know it!~ go to Elena's blog at->A World of Words and fill out the form if you think you have~you do you do~the correct answer!

The next stop is over at Laura's blog HERE to pick up your next puzzle, hint, and entry to the giveaway.
So fun!~excited~

Good Luck my fellow BookPic-ers!

PS: if you want to check out the previous stop on the hunt visit Jean's Blog HERE

-review- A Touch Mortal by Leah Clifford

First of all...I had so many amazing quotes or little excerpts or just scenes in the book...and narrowing down to 1? simply put is:IMPOSIBLE! So I'll have to squeeze 2 or 3 through the review ;)

--He noticed her giving him the once-over and smiled in a way no gay boy in history had ever smiled at a girl.--

About the book:
How to start? Begging for the second one? Thanking for this one? Crying that it's over? Laughing that it really isn't over? Recoil from the pain it caused? Embrace the reality that shows?
So many starts and not one of them is good enough!

I cannot believe it. It took me almost an entire week to finish this book(even though Leah and Rachel say is because I had to read it in my computer.) Anyways, I can't wait to start it all over again, soon.

Leah, ladies and gentleman, Leah Clifford is a master of TORTURE and a force to be reckoned with. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Filled with amazing moments that came out of nowhere and at the same time from a place that, deep inside, you knew they will come from.
Beware of: cursing(more than I care to count), sarcasms(tons), snarky remarks, angels, fallen angels, not so fallen angels, awesome hair dye colors, rocking outfits(specially if you love drop-dead literaly-speaking outfits), love(aww), kisses, coffee, death, and much more.

My really jumbled thoughts:
If the very COVER of the book wasn't any sign as to how awesome the book was going to be, then do yourself a favor and read the first page of it, and if even THEN you don't feel hooked I really don't know what will do...
It's a book that's completely beautiful and scary and real all on it's own. Captivating, thrilling, scary, bloody, thirsty, pink, musical, angelic, demonic, fallen, torturer...and just a really awesome piece of art. NEVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE HAD I EVER READ SOMETHING SO AWESOME AND UNIQUE BEFORE.

--If there was one thing to be counted on, it was how eagerly the mortals ignored what they didn't want to see. The truth passed right by, and never once did they open their eyes.--

What I got?
~insert deep breath~ Suicide is real! is out there, you can't hide from it just by not talking about it, it's part of our reality...But it can be prevented if people weren't so afraid of the sole mention of it and I praise and applaud Leah for breaching it the best way she could have; using, what she has proved, is her forte and gift, WRITING!

My completely shattered/all-over-the-place feelings:
This book will take you to places so dark in your mind you didn't even know existed.
All the characters, from Eden to Az, from Gabe to Luke, from Libby to Jarrod, from James to Adam..and from Madeline to Kristen(let's not forget Sebastian please)all of them were awesome and made for a wonderful ride of a book.
Oh, Adam, who has a charm I could never have found in the dead before. Luke who I'm so intrigued with, I don't think is healthy. I even saw that Eden found true friendship in the mist of all her love life becomes through out the book.
She carries death, so many emotions can be felt at the same time, Eden proved me that! Feeling love, loss, pain, incredulity, loneliness, disdain, surprise, guilt, shock, happiness, complete, lost, but finally alone...she is a force of feelings all on her own. And to know that all these she felt just at the beginning while with Az. I couldn't even begin to guess what she'd be feeling through the whole rest of the book.
Leah gives "a kiss of death" a whole other meaning. Eden's breath, touch, her very being is that...TOUCH-DEATH-DARKNESS...and when she wants to get rid of it, she can't control it, all that weight off her shoulders with just a single motion of her fingers.

--"You're dead." A smile twitched her lips. "Live with it."--

-What would it take for us to fall and give in to our deepest and darkest selves?
-What'd happen if Eden were to touch us?
-How much Touch do you have in you? Because Touch you have people, you just aren't a Sider to acknowledge It in you.

Oh, that ending people, that ending...cliffhanger? Nope, can't find a word in my english to describe the ending, but kill you, it will.

Finally, I have to thank first Leah Clifford for bearing with me whenever I found her over twitter or facebook, I often asked for forgiveness because of me not having or reading her book. I had tauntrums, whiny comments, and more...thank you Leah for not ignoring me :) I loved and liked you even before reading your book, and for that I'll be forever greatfull and count on me on always supporting your work, this book is proof of just how tallented you are.
And Fiktshun once again, you play the part of my guardian angel in the booksphere, if it weren't for you I wouldn't even be here writing, what has to be, one of my longest reviews this year! Hope some people make it this far in my rambling! I am forever in debt and believe when I say you have no idea what an amazing person and blogger you are I know I'll never be able to repay you, from my heart I tell you, Gracias!

--"Death looks good on you."--

GUYS! even the freaking acknowledgements are AWESOME, how's THAT for a book, uh?

I give it BookPics special rating
10special-fotitos(special rating for over-the-top-I'll-never-get-over-this book) =
I cried for things I didn't know possible I was capable of.

-review- A Season of Eden by Jennifer Laurens

-"Don't you have a boyfriend?" I shook my head, fingering my bag. "That surprises me," he said.
"Because I seem like a girl that would have a guy around?" I finished.
"No." He started toward the light switch and I followed. "In my experience, the beautiful girls are always taken."-

WOW! just WOW-makes the wow face-
This book people, this book is just a complete season on it's own, it isn't fall or winter, nor summer or spring it's a whole other season concept and one I might forever be in love with and forever be waiting to happen in my life or at least in my country's weather ;)
Jennifer Laurens you made this book a complete piece of art for me.

Since the beginning of the book I felt all warm inside; predicting that I was in for a h*** of a book.
Eden was/is/will be one of my favorite characters and one very very real character.
Since she sets her eyes on Mr.Christian she suddenly has a thing for all things mature.(Having a crush on a guy who has a first name for a last name is not to be passed for normal)
As for my Feelings while reading the book->
Sometimes I couldn't even know when all these feelings, that Eden had, came from. Her instant crush on that person made me uneasy at first, I mean, we all experience crushes at one time in our life but hers felt just like, at the beginning, like an obssession, a really really unhealthy obsession. Hence the stalking she did, the always thinking what would he be thinking, would be listening to? The list goes on and on...
But then things started to look normal, and then BOOM!
She was my hero, she started to grow up, trying to-without changing what she was, who she was-started questioning all her actions, their concecuences, her decisions always better thought.
In the end, music-age-love all blend together to make the awesome symphony that is A Season of Eden.
Jennifer's writing was beautiful through out the whole book, describing and giving us glimpses of just the right amount of emotions, the right amount of the scenery, and a really large and really welcomed dose of music backround.

When you THINK you have found the one for you, but feel that you're not good enough, that you're not OLD ENOUGH, that you're simply out of his league...think again...and then, think some more...maybe you're not thinking right...maybe this time you have to let HIM do the thinking and you? Well just follow the music that your heart makes...it always takes you to the right path wich, while right, isn't always the easiest.

I give this book the 10special-fotitos(special rating for over-the-top-I'll-never-get-over-this book)

Photographic Inspiration #1

Yes people, that's part of the moon...

This shot, sadly, wasn't taken this week but it was one of the few I haven't posted over in the BookPics Facebook Page.

Anyways... this is the photo inspiration for me this week.[I love that out of all the dark black sky that night...there was, somewhere, somehow a light.]
It seriously inspired me to think about what I'm afraid of, the dark? The light?
But going back to the question...Dark? Light?
I know that most people are afraid of the dark contrary to daylight.
Turns out I'm so weird that even in that I don't agree with those of you that feel that way.
I'm completely terrified of daylight, because I can actually see every little thing that comes across my path at any given -daylight- time. So I much prefer night time, when anything might try and spook me but it won't because I won't be able to see a thing. What can I say? I seriously think ignorance is a complete bliss!

Found any inspiration on this week's photo?
