-Review- Because Of Low by Abbi Glines

Image
Goodreads Shortie: In my debut novel, Breathe, Sadie may have fallen in love with the teen rock star, Jax Stone, but readers fell head over heels for Marcus Hardy. This is his story… My Thoughts?? There's just something about tattoos in a guy... Something... compelling to me *O* And a man crying?! GET OUT! That's just, simply... wow. Woah, what a way to start a review huh?! lol Okay, here I go. I read this book without remembering that this is a follow-up book instead of a stand alone or a first book in a series... Bad news? I missed the introduction of a character I now love and have fallen for, the good news? I didn't feel like I had missed out. The story could be read, as I did, as if it were a stand alone but now that I know it isn't I just have to read the first one :) Plus, I've been a fan of Abbi Glines for years now :D So it's only natural for me to finally give in and start reading her contemporary or NA tittles :D -Rushing back into ...

-Covet Blog Tour Stop, Book Spotlight- The Demon's Song by Kendra Leigh Castle

Image
As you can see above, COVET is an Entangled publishing imprint and I feel so very very lucky to have been able to snag a stop in the tour. Add to that the fact that I love love love the author I got to spotlight and am deliciously dying a slow death waiting to get the chance to read another book of hers... I love Kendra Leigh Castle's writing. I find it it's one of a kind and one that flows easily no matter the time or place I decide to read a book of hers. So really, she writes awesome and even better? Her characters, specially the ones of the male category are TO DIE FOR. So you'll excuse me if I drool a little just seeing the cover of the book I'm showcasing today on the blog. Without further ado, I give you... Kendra Leigh Castle's, The Demon's Song Blurb: The road to Hell is paved with good intentions. At least, that's how it seems to Sofia Rivera when her attempt to help a friend ends in a blood-soaked confrontation wi...

-Review- Twice Tempted by Jeaniene Frost

Image
Goodreads Shortie: (Might contain slight spoilers of book #1) Leila's psychic abilities have been failing her, and now she isn't sure what the future holds. If that weren't enough, her lover, Vlad, has been acting distant. Though Leila is a mere mortal, she's also a modern woman who refuses to accept the cold shoulder treatment forever–especially from the darkly handsome vampire who still won't admit that he loves her. **** My thoughts?? Oh, but what an amazing thing is NOT to wait a whole year for you to read a sequel of a book that you fell in love with and left you begging for more. I call my bluff since I pulled it off as long as I could until BOOM this book came into my life and I was FINALLY weak enough to give in and read the first one, Once Burned, so I could soon after read this one... The book starts exactly where the first one ended. And I was immediately swallowed up in the story as if I never waited a couple of hours to pick it up after ...

-Review- Once Burned by Jeaniene Frost

Image
Goodreads Shortie: After a tragic accident scarred her body and destroyed her dreams, Leila never imagined that the worst was still to come: terrifying powers that let her channel electricity and learn a person's darkest secrets through a single touch. Leila is doomed to a life of solitude...until creatures of the night kidnap her, forcing her to reach out with a telepathic distress call to the world's most infamous vampire... Whenever I read something by Jeaniene Frost I KNOW I'm in for a sexy-thrilling AND completely dangerous ride. No matter the character, no matter the setting, nothing... Nothing matters when it comes to a book by her. I MUST get it, MUST own it, MUST read it and I know without a single doubt that I'll love it. She's just THAT talented and I'm THAT in love with not only her characters but her writing. She has magical fingers, this one ;) So when I found out she'd be writing a trilogy for the infamous Vlad Tepesh I think I faint...
