Bookography #16

Bookography is a post created by Kristina from Kristina's World of Books. Where you can combine both of my very favorite things in the world. Photography & Books ;) So grab a camera and do your thing. You don't have to be a professional or anything like that. Just share your love of books through a picture and that's it ;)
-She usually posts them on wednesdays~
So make sure you stop by her blog and share the love!

This past saturday we held a father's day dinner at home... and my cousin got to see all my pretty books!! While showing her some I remember I saw Sarah Dessen's books and also remember having my little sister's headphones sitting right beside my laptop and I knew right there and then that I wanted to take a picture of them both! Meaning the book and the headphones.
Anyway... this is what came up with,

“There comes a time when the world gets quiet and the only thing left is your own heart. So you'd better learn the sound of it. Otherwise you'll never understand what it's saying.”
Just Listen by Sarah Dessen

I worked hard to remove all the background lol it was messy.

I'm a spur-of-the-moment kind of picture-taker hehehe so I just took the book and headphones and placed them on the table... completely forgot about the background! There were tons of things hahah I think the flash helped remove some and then I edited some more, little contrast... more vibrance and color :D

Also, the effect added was for the quote... I think that's what I'd see while trying to listen and understand the beat and sound of my heart <3 I don't know... I thought it was kind of romantic :) and cute >.<
