- goodreads - *reading progress* February 12, 2019 – Finished Reading February 11, 2019 –   72.0%  "Back to one of my fave worlds" February 11, 2019 – Started Reading January 15, 2019 – Shelved as:  to-read January 14, 2019 – Shelved Great in between to go through while waiting for The Savior.  As always I'm left wanting more from characters I didn't even know I wanted to know more of XD Sweet, bloody and healing. This is story is, in my personal opinion, for everyone who is a fan of the Black Dagger Brotherhood world. And don't get me started on the teaser for the next one! It was just the icing on this absolutely yummy cake. Loved Theo and Ahmare I wish and hope to see more of them in the upcoming books. 5/5

-review *adult*- Babysitting Love by J. L. Beck

- goodreads - Let me tell you how my reading status went down via goodreads updates; March 12, 2018 – Finished Reading February 6, 2018 –    30.0%  "This is full of poop Hilarious poop that no one would convince me was actually written until I saw it for myself. Well, color me convinced. Really really convinced." February 1, 2018 – Shelved February 1, 2018 – Started Reading Annnnnnnd. That was pretty much it. For some reason I was on a single dad/baby kick and the cover drew me in, I'd had this book for practically forever on my kindle and I thought "why not?" but after only a chapter in I knew, I just KNEW hahahaha that it'd be more of a ridiculous -fun kind of read. I appreciate the author's effort though, but if this happens “Prepare yourself for the best orgasm you’ve ever had,” I mumbled against her pussy before sucking her clit into my mouth. Shortly after meeting your boss WITH said boss. I just ...

- goodreads - I knew there'd be a book that would require me getting my ass off my lazy butt and finally post a book review here on the blog. And boy! What a book it was. It's no secret that I love my sexy books but this one took sexy to whole new level. A level I honestly never considered I'd enjoy specially because it's considered quite a "taboo" and to be quite frank with you all it did push some boundaries for me but it wasn't the age different that did but the cheating factor and some situations that made me remember that our female lead is most definitely young. "You are fucking crazy, you know that? You are not right in the head." But enough of that, you know I rarely reveal stuff about the book and I mostly touch down on the whole experience. I was over the moon and uncomfortable a lot of the time BUT it was a good thing, believe me, it was. I fell head over heels with Kova (male lead) because he tried guys, oh did he try...

- goodreads - "Play it for me," he said. Play for me, my dear, and I will hear it. No matter where you go. No matter where I am. I swear it. I swear it..." You know those times when there's a tiny little voice warning you from not doing things? Like when you want to exercise but it whispers that there's chocolate cake in the fridge so... priorities? Or when you want to go to a certain place but that voice makes an appearance and you end up not going only to find out later that some accident happened there? Well ladies and gentlemen. I bow to that little voice. I should've listened and heeded its advice for it is with great sorrow that I write this and tell you that my heart is no more. Why? Because I didn't listen to that little voice when it told me NOT to finish this book until I had the sequel. And here I am broken and crying but writing nonetheless because if there's one thing I should do is warn you in case that little voice doesn...

-review- Heir of Fire by Sarah J. Maas (ToG #3)

- goodreads - (Spoiler Alert if you haven't read the previous books in the series) -He made her want to laugh and sing and shake the world with her voice.- She will not be afraid. Even after all this time, she says it. My heart breaking over and over didn't matter. My eyes tearing up didn't matter. My hands shaking didn't matter. Bawling my eyes out subsequently didn't matter. My rage didn't matter. All the magic, the badassery, the shifting, the endless training, the constant betrayals, the secret stolen glances, the discoveries, the incredible and absolute darkness that was the self loathing of Celaena. T-T -Abraxos was still lying on his belly, sniffing the wildflowers, when she returned with the dead goat in her arms, its blood now iced on her cloak and tunic. He'd devoured the goat in two bites, then gone back to enjoying the wildflowers. At least he'd eaten.- Nothing mattered because I am done. I am so done with thi...

-review- Three Dark Crowns by Kendare Blake

Image
- goodreads - -He wonders if this is the queen who everyone in Rolanth sees. If all the rumors have been untrue... If that is so, then she is his and his alone.- This is the first time I've ever started and finished a book like this.  Not because I don't read Fantasy often, alas I didn't until just recently, but it has more to do with the way it's written. The voice. The English. The way the characters "speak" and "think."  I'm not fond of old English though trust me this isn't old English. I'm just not good with certain ways that English was spoken a few decades ago. And that's how I felt this book was written and that's why I struggled at the beginning.  But Guys GUYS I'm so glad I pushed through.  And then... it didn't take me long... not long at all, to love it. To understand it and to crave it!  I've only ever read one other book by Kendare Blake but it is so very different from this you'...

Mini & Fast-Paced Reviews

You guys!! I've been reading, like a lot. Okay, maybe not a lot but the thing is that I've been reading and so far all of the books I've picked up, save for one, have been great reads. The bad thing? AGAIN! I'm not making time to write reviews! I need to write more reviews if I ever want to make this little blog of mine grow in any way. Mostly I'm here to post some pics of the books I've been reading lately :D Here; I recently finished reading Holly molly! I loved this book!! I fell completely in love with Wait For You and reading it again but from Cam's POV?! I was definitely fangirling throughout the whole read, seriously. The cover is just O_O and the tittle goes perfectly with the story. It felt so good to get to know Cam's head and to see that one story is never set in motion alone but needs the help of other stories in order to happen. I just loved this book, really. Loved it and my weaknesses were completely showcased so :D...

-Review- Alice in Zombieland by Gena Showalter

Image
Goodreads shortie: She won’t rest until she’s sent every walking corpse back to its grave. Forever. Goodreads Amazon The Book Depository  Should ----a word of anguish rather than consolation. Well there goes my aversion to reading books about zombies. I’ve got to admit that while I might have read a bit of zombies here and there on some books I’ve never really read a book with a story based completely on zombies and I’m so glad this book was the turning point for me. Alice in Zombieland is like nothing I’ve ever read before. I’ve never even read the original book in which this one was based on so I was all clear and fresh to give this book a go. I don’t even know where to start. -"Don't worry. You're part of my world now. I'll teach you how to survive it."- The great characters that made this book what it is? The incredibly gorgeous Cole? The traumatizing story plot? The intriguing bunny cloud? The gorgeous gorgeous gor...

-Review- Unravel Me by Tahereh Mafi

Image
Goodreads Shortie: In this exhilarating sequel to Shatter Me, Juliette has to make life-changing decisions between what she wants and what she thinks is right. Decisions that might involve choosing between her heart—and Adam's life. I have kind of went off track with my book reviewing these past 2 months, I haven't been able to write a single word as to what I've thought of the masterpieces I've read but I'm trying here. My Thoughts? I think the worst part is knowing how beautiful this book is and not having enough words in my brain to describe it. I thought I loved Shatter Me and, in a way, I loved and loved and loved it. It was so ME. It was definitely a ME book. But Unravel Me? I don't think life can get any better than this book. This book had all I wanted it to have, was all I wanted it to be, and inspired in me all the feelings I wanted it to inspire AND more. The characters, again, were relatable, lovable AND hate-able as well. Because...

-Review- Because Of Low by Abbi Glines

Image
Goodreads Shortie: In my debut novel, Breathe, Sadie may have fallen in love with the teen rock star, Jax Stone, but readers fell head over heels for Marcus Hardy. This is his story… My Thoughts?? There's just something about tattoos in a guy... Something... compelling to me *O* And a man crying?! GET OUT! That's just, simply... wow. Woah, what a way to start a review huh?! lol Okay, here I go. I read this book without remembering that this is a follow-up book instead of a stand alone or a first book in a series... Bad news? I missed the introduction of a character I now love and have fallen for, the good news? I didn't feel like I had missed out. The story could be read, as I did, as if it were a stand alone but now that I know it isn't I just have to read the first one :) Plus, I've been a fan of Abbi Glines for years now :D So it's only natural for me to finally give in and start reading her contemporary or NA tittles :D -Rushing back into ...
