-But I refuse to go there tonight. I am breaking with the past. I am reclaiming my present.- DAISY... I don't know how you did it...but I'm completely speechless and dumbfounded therefore I have NO idea what to write in this review... Your book was too raw too good too difficult too special to my heart, first because you gave it to me...YOU GAVE IT TO ME OUT OF YOUR OWN HEART T_________T And second because...I cannot believe this...I thought...Okay...I'll be okay, things like this happen all the time...but then I read the authors note and thought...How in the WORLD? What? Why? How could she write about this... I think Alex is strong, I think she's the perfect example of what a girl would act like and think like if what happened to her ever happened to her...<--- Does that make sense? I cried, not in the ending...but in between. When she felt guilty, when she felt cheated, when she felt SHE had let herself down, when the thing she loved the most was what br...

-review- A Touch Mortal by Leah Clifford

First of all...I had so many amazing quotes or little excerpts or just scenes in the book...and narrowing down to 1? simply put is:IMPOSIBLE! So I'll have to squeeze 2 or 3 through the review ;) --He noticed her giving him the once-over and smiled in a way no gay boy in history had ever smiled at a girl.-- About the book: How to start? Begging for the second one? Thanking for this one? Crying that it's over? Laughing that it really isn't over? Recoil from the pain it caused? Embrace the reality that shows? So many starts and not one of them is good enough! I cannot believe it. It took me almost an entire week to finish this book(even though Leah and Rachel say is because I had to read it in my computer.) Anyways, I can't wait to start it all over again, soon.  Leah, ladies and gentleman, Leah Clifford is a master of TORTURE and a force to be reckoned with. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Filled with amazing moments that came out of nowhere and at the same time from ...

-"Don't you have a boyfriend?" I shook my head, fingering my bag. "That surprises me," he said. "Because I seem like a girl that would have a guy around?" I finished. "No." He started toward the light switch and I followed. "In my experience, the beautiful girls are always taken."- WOW! just WOW-makes the wow face- This book people, this book is just a complete season on it's own, it isn't fall or winter, nor summer or spring it's a whole other season concept and one I might forever be in love with and forever be waiting to happen in my life or at least in my country's weather ;) Jennifer Laurens you made this book a complete piece of art for me. Since the beginning of the book I felt all warm inside; predicting that I was in for a h*** of a book. Eden was/is/will be one of my favorite characters and one very very real character.
