You have NO idea, NO idea how freaking excited I am to be showcasing the book cover for the third book in the Ashfall trilogy!! These books have been mind blowing no matter how many times I've read them and the fact that there's an Alba in book #2 (Ashen Winter) was just the cherry on top. Seriously though, look at the pretty. It goes amazingly well with the previous book covers and of course is perfection when the tittle's involved... See the actual sunrise on the top left of the cover?? I couldn't be happier with the cover!!! Synopsis The Yellowstone supervolcano nearly wiped out the human race. Now, almost a year after the eruption, the survivors seem determined to finish the job. I don't usually do this kind of thing BUT I so have to make an exception for this book. Ashfall was one of my favorite 2011 books and being able to read an advanced copy on Netgalley didn't help, as I read it on May and the book released on October.  Then I had and still am waiting the year between Ashfall and Ashen Winter...it's a long long lonely wait...
