My Reading Pile #15

My Reading Pile #15

My reading pile is an idea created by Fiktshun in which you share what your reads for the week are or well the wishful reads-rereads-rerereads and well you get the hint. Check her blog out, I've self-declared myself her #1 Stalker/Follower.

MRP progress & status:
-I read!! Even though I didn't make a HUGE advance on my reading, since I went off the pile yet again. I did finish reading Dark Awakening and even reviewed it! Thanks to Kristina for recommending moving the book higher on MRP.

I'm currently reading Lies Beneath by Anne Greenwood Brown. This is a review book, and I'm so very very glad that I'm liking it!!! I know now that I'll have the review up on monday! And if you want to get it, remember the book releases June 12 ~winkwink~

Netgalley Pile Adds:
-I 'think' I requested one book, but now I can't remember which one it was... I just know I got rejected for the opportunity to read it ^___^

This Week I'll Be Reading:
-I'm really really crossing my fingers that I stick to the plan! I've been going over the books that I'd like to read versus the books that I HAVE to read, and in the end... I'm just going to post what I THINK I MIGHT be ABLE to read hehehe plus, something I hope I'm in the mood for.

Everneath by Brodi Ashton

If you saw last week's STS vlog/post, I think you would know by now that I couldn't go on without reading any of the books that I got last week... And since I just couldn't resist it... I'm adding it to this week's reading pile even though I have like 3 books I have for review :( I'm thinking I'm the worst person ever right now :/

Creatura by Nely Cab

Being very active on facebook brought me to this book. I saw tons of book page owners reading it and giving it amazing praise so my curiosity was awaken BUT you know that I'm not prone to read book descriptions so I stayed away from reading this book's as well and for some reason I assumed that 'Creatura' was historical... and you know that ME + HISTORICAL = </3 most of the times.
So I never even thought to add it to my wishlist.

Late this week... let's just say 1) This is NO historical book and 2) there's a blog tour coming and BookPics is participating!!!!~dances~

This is the second time I'm participating on a blog tour, I had some trouble with my first experience and there aren't happy memories of that so I'm trying this out again...we'll see how it works out. I'm crossing my fingers it rids of the aversion I got towards Blog Tour participations!

And if by some miracle I manage to finish those books I'm hopping to FINALLY read,
The Girl in the Clockwork Collar by Kady Cross -Steampunk Chronicles #2-

I got approved for a galley on NG such a long time ago, but I never found myself in the mood to read it :( -see? I AM the worst person ever!- I was so freaking happy when I got the email telling me that I could now access the tittle! And now the release date has come and gone and I'm here without reading it!

Just a few paragraphs before I told you that historical and me don't mix well, but The Girl in the Steel Corset was one of the few exceptions! I enjoyed and devoured that steampunk novel like there was no tomorrow! That was, also, thanks to NG.

But here I am...the galley will expire soon and I know that if I haven't been able to get a finished copy of the first book there is NO way I'd manage to get a copy of this one... that's why I'll really really try my best to read it before it expires! My heart will be broken if I don't!

**********
Enough of me.

What are YOU guys reading this week?
